Hi Neependra,

You are right, students here don't have much exposure to Open Source. They are even not aware that something else also exists in this world other than Java .net and C.

My primary aim doing this is to make them aware about career opportunities in OpenSource technologies like Linux, Cloud, Openstack, Docker, etc… We have already hosted few meetups and have got good response. This time I am planning something big.

Hi,

I am Swapnil Jain from Indore and a Linux enthusiast since last 13 years. I am also a Red Hat Certified Instructor and a RH Training Partner in this region.

I am planning to have a Fedora22 release party in Indore.

Thats great. Its good to know that it would happen my home state.
I did one long back in my hometown Jabalpur.

We will be hosting it in one of the engineering colleges in Indore.
I have studied in the same university and don't expect much exposure to Open Source from students.
Do you have any agenda in mind ?

I would also need an external speaker aiming to create awareness in career opportunities in Linux.
I am sure we could arrange someone to speak there.

We can do that on August 22, if thats too early then either on 12th or 19th September.
August 22 seems too early. Next month might a better choice.
