The "default" layout inherits the current session layout.
If you configure 'anthy' only in the GSetting key org.freedesktop.ibus.general
preload-engines and start ibus-daemon, ibus-wayland does not change the keymap
with 'anthy'.
ibus-wayland configure 'en' layout if you don't configure any layouts by
default instead of ibus-panel.
Because I don't know which Xorg keymap or KDE keymap could be the default in
Wayland.
