OK, I have tried this using the qt5-qtbase*5.15.8-10 packages and
qt5-qtwayland*5.15.8-4.1 packages.
Stopping and restarting a Qt application now seems to work OK, I have menus and
the controls are the correction sizes and work too.
This looks like it is good enough for updates-testing.
