As that logs said, you already have fcitx5 instance running. You may have another method to bring it up. then you don't need to use imsettings. That isn't our bug. Please try to remove imsettings and see. if IM doesn't work, enable it again. If you still see this, you may need to find out who actually bring it up other than imsettings. that's the root cause of this then.
I'm afraid I don't have anything I can do for a sort of this.
Thanks, removing `imsettings` stopped that pop up.
