:templatetag-trans I see one way we could mark strings for translation:
replacing stuff like
{{{
this is a string
}}}
with
{{{
{% trans "this is a string" %}
}}}
This is also how Postorius does it, per
https://bugs.launchpad.net/postorius/+bug/1157947 . If this would be an
acceptable first step, abompard, then I can go ahead and templatize a
bunch of strings in the !HyperKitty codebase. And then we can use
something like Transifex or Translatewiki to actually get those messages
translated.
