#101: Missing option to add user to 'discard' list

The mailing lists I administer have a non-subscriber posting policy to
hold messages in moderation. On low traffic lists this is a fairly low
effort middle ground between allowing everything through (which may
include spam) and an easy way for people to message the list without
needing to subscribe.
With the old lists.fdo UI, when a spam message would get held in
moderation, the 'held messages' screen had an option to permanently add
that user to a 'discard' list, so I would never have to deal with their
messages again.
However the new UI doesn't seem to have any option for that, not on the
held messages page or anywhere else that I can find. End result is that
I'm tending to the queue several times a week from repeat addresses like
incoming(a)interfax.net .
Please consider re-adding that UI option!
