Description of problem: In fedora rawhide, ghc-neither buildrequires package ghc-monad-peel-devel, which doesn't exists.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ghc-neither-0.2.0-1.fc17
How reproducible: always
Steps to Reproduce: 1. fedpkg mockbuild

It got caught up with the gmp rebuild and has been bumped to 0.3.0 which doesn't have that dependency.
