This has already been pretty widely circulated to the Fedora mailing-lists but since it is quite important I thought I would also forward it hear for any Fedora Contributors here who might not have picked it up yet. If you are a CLA signee please be sure to sign the new simpler Contributor Agreement that replaces it and will allow you to continue to contribute to the Fedora.
