The way I used to do this was to change the branching fedora release
to the released glibc immediately. That way it no longer tracks
master. All you need to do is fix up the release number and uncomment
the release url line.
That's what I was thinking too.
Eventually I think we'll actually want to keep tracking upstream stable
release branch.
