Thanks Felix for the initiative.
The move of fuel in creating new domain's module (other than ICT) is of great importance as well as challenging. Like always, hope we will come with a good list of 'frequently' used terms for Agriculture domain.

Hi Felix,
I think a good point to start with is to shortlist a few applications available for agriculture management. They can be free software or otherwise, in case not many free software are available, proprietary ones can be used for reference as future free softwares may follow similar terminology.
I could find a few of them here: http://www.farmworks.com/products/fieldsoftware
Please share other apps if anyone knows.
Regards, Rahul.

I don't know Apps/software, but few Indian websites have information regarding Agriculture, which can be used to common terminology (corp, seeds, Pesticides, Fertilizers, etc) - http://india.gov.in/topics/agriculture - http://agmarknet.nic.in/ - http://farmer.gov.in/
Thanks A S Alam
Hi,
So far I identified around 200 strings. They are commonly used word in agriculture domain. I think we can't work on software basis. Once a rough draft (only terms not context) is prepared we can discuss on it and move ahead.
Shantha i 'll take your help once i prepared the draft.
Thanks.
