Biraj,
Aman's point was, why the language policy is not mandatory for IT products
and their guides. Why they come up only English and ignore the local
languages?
I can see "demand" is the right reason behind this. In today's world,
unless we demand we won't get anything. This is true even it is your right
to have. Hence, people should insist for their language rights.
In this era of smart devices, local language is essential for any
technology to reach to the core of any country. Sooner or later these
IT/technologies have to adopt "Localization".
These days, in Bangalore I have seen auto drivers using the auto-rikshaw
booking app in Kannada!
Translate or die!

Hi Alam,
If I am not wrong, I guess you would like to say that why we not making
rules in Auto/Taxi license in their native languages i.e hindi, bengali etc.
I appreciate your concern and support it. If we think in this way, for
those people who has Tractor for using it in agriculture, but they are not
able to understand english, then the guide or related materials for
Tractor, has no value to them
Why we are not making it in their language, so they can use it properly?
Thank You
