It may not sound good to us, since we are accustomed to the english term 'link'. But considering a Marathi user completely new to computing, 'दुवा' is indeed a best equivalent word in marathi and it is also a very commonly used word, not too sanskritized or something out of practice and easy to understand.

Though sentence formation in the particular context can be reconsidered.

Hi,
I think "दुआ" is actually Hindi word for prayer. Another reference I got is http://dict.hinkhoj.com/words/meaning-of-%E0%A4%A6%E0%A5%81%E0%A4%B5%E0%A4%BE-in-english.html

Thanks Ankit!

"Send Link" is translaté as "दुवा पाठवा" , wouldn't be better if we use "लिन्क  पाठवा"
Even in RH office, we use word link in Marathi and i think another meaning and colloquial meaning of "दुवा" is  prayer (प्रार्थना)

Why can't we use transliteration?

What does FUEL evaluated entries say about the word "link" for Marathi?

Thought this would be helpful to all of you.
