You all are right. No doubt the condition is becoming worse for language.
This is very important that all the knowledge and information should be
available in our native languages. Shankar wrote it rightly that it is our
right, right of our languages. People are fighting about accessibility
issues, but from my perspective this divide creates the biggest
accessibility challenge. Sunil's suggestion is very good. Before going
directly to put things on
we should be clear on what we want to
achieve and how and on areas where we are having consensus.
