Help with phone reset issue

Hello, I recently accidentally triggered my iphone to reset itself. When it reinstalled freeotp, all of the tokens are showing up in the list as if they are still there and functional, but when i click on them nothing happens. Is this a glitch that can somehow be fixed or are all the tokens actually gone because of the phone reset? I had also set each of the tokens to require the phone passcode to use, is it possible this is somehow simply glitching and making the tokens inaccessible? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you!
