It looks like the test is suppressing the actual error raised. You might
get more info from this:

A ValueError is being raised but this is caught and not re-raised in
ipaplatform/redhat/tasks.py::check_ipv6_stack_enabled()

address resolution to 'lo' interface. You might need to enable IPv6 on the
interface 'lo' in sysctl.conf.

information
