We have Foreman/Katello installed on the same machine as Zabbix and we find
that Foreman is "greedy" - it blows away /etc/httpd and replaces it afresh
at every upgrade.
So - you either have to set up another system or as we have done, automated
putting the zabbix httpd conf back into /etc/httpd.
It's annoying, but I would imagine that is the issue.
As Rob noted, I don't think either project has tested if any other web
configurations exist - but I do know that Foreman would fail that test.
They *presume* they are the only software using the httpd service on a
system.

"The antidote to apocalypticism is *apocalyptic civics*. Apocalyptic civics
is the insistence that we cannot ignore the truth, nor should we panic
about it. It is a shared consciousness that our institutions have failed
and our ecosystem is collapsing, yet we are still here — and we are
creative agents who can shape our destinies. Apocalyptic civics is the
conviction that the only way out is through, and the only way through is
together. "

It looks like you don't have mod_nss installed.
"NSSPassPhraseDialog" is
used by that module.
