If you like wqy-zenhei for zh, you also may need to change 64-ttf-arphic-uming.conf .
BTW, I recommend to use compare="contains" attribute in lang tag. Currently :lang=ja-jp works fine but :lang=ja doesn't work while Red Hat doesn't provide the short locale names.
