Description of problem: the spec file says smc-suruma-fonts is licensed under GPLv3+ with exceptions, but COPYING.txt in the archive doesn't mention about any '+'. also smc-anjalioldlipi-fonts is licensed under GPLv3+ with exceptions, but COPYING.txt says: you are free do do anything (free as in free-speech). for more info contact: blahblahblah
