A reference to the nsIStreamLoader is held to keep the font data in memory until the font entry is destroyed.
The nsIStreamLoader* arg could be an nsISupports*, I assume. Let me know if you prefer that.
I think that seems better, it would eliminate the need for gfx to link against necko, right?
