While Using Quote Marks (Single/Double) with Lohit Fonts, it looks very bad
shape as compared to English ones. Single Quote actually marge with Character,
which is hard to find that it is quote OR part of Character

When the new content of copyright was pasted and saved, it showed as a broken
character when cat the sfd file as plain-text.

1. Open a font which has (c) in copyright field. (Element > FontInfo > Names >
Copyright).
2. Replace the content with another text that also has the (c) sign.
3. Save the file.
4. cat the file in console (cat fontname.sfd|grep Copyright)
Actual results:
The (c) sign was displayed as other character.
Expected results:
The (c) sign was displayed as (c).

The font I was using is Liberation Fonts Mono Bold

The affected theme snapshot with meera font
Description of problem:
For any editor e.g. oowriter, gedit, when smc-meera-font is selected, its
showing underline below the Title, making the editor look ugly.
Seems a clearlooks-compact-gnome-theme bug.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login system with malayalam locale. (ml_IN)
2. Go to System --> Preferences --> Appearance
3. Select Theme as "Clearlooks"

Actual results:
The Underline appears on the Title Window with meera font and clearlooks
combination.
Expected results:
Underline should not appear.

This bug originates from the Bug #470619. According to "X Logical Font
Description Conventions" the '?' is not allowed in XLFD fields. If the fonts
are broken, the mkfontscale should fail.
