Hello,
I have the Fedorator that Eduardo Mayorga got at Flock.
The microSD card was already loaded with fedorator, which is nice. But how do I exit the media writer app, so I can turn off properly the raspberry pi. Just unplugging the AC adapter may eventually make an error in the OS loaded on the microSD card.
Besides, if I want to load more images, I will need to exit the program.
I tried pluging a keyborad and send several combinations ... even tried Ctrl+Alt+F2 or F3 to get another session.
I am very happy with it, and I am just trying to know better this unit, so I can be ready for events.
Best regards
Neville

I don't think this is possible just yet.
See for example https://github.com/Sanqui/fedorator/issues/13
You might be able to connect it to a network and ssh in to shutdown there (yes, not much convenient, just an idea).

Hi Neville,
Correct, this feature did not make it in yet sadly.
To exit the application, you can hit escape. The credentials are
username: pi password: fedorator
After this you can run `sudo shutdown` in order to turn off correctly.
I will document this better very soon.

I did try the Esc key without effect. I will try again and will set up an ethernet connection to be able to log in by ssh.
Thanks for the suggestions. I will report after my tests.

Escape key works when keyboard is plugged at boot time. Plugging a keyboard to hit escape later have no effect.
I was able to log remotely using ssh. Using ps, I was able to locate the process for main.py and kill it.
I am downloading new images for the fedorator.
Thanks for the help
