Hi Cory,
first of all welcome :)
2. Tutorials. I think the classroom idea is great for some people,
but I
think written tutorials on topics that we are struggling with would be a
lot better as they allow people to follow them at their own pace.
I view the Classroom more as a place for lectures, talks. For example
similar to conferences, just online and tailored towards Fedora
contributors.
And as far as tutorials go, there are plenty, just nobody knows where to
find them, and/or how to identify them from the "legal documents."
I'm not sure what I can do to help.
Take a look at
whatcanidoforfedora.org which should guide you in the right
direction as well, and once you've got an idea what would you like to
contribute to, you can jump into irc, see their meetings, see what's
happening and most importantly, see whether it's what you are interested
in. Don't be afraid to speak up as well.
Best regards,
Radka
