Hello,
Hi Kard,
Welcome to Fedora!
I am interested in contributing to the Fedora project. I have used
Redhat and Fedora for 4 to 5 years as my desktop. I have been
working
at Penn State for 25 years in IT. Most of it has been working as a
mainframe system administrator. I currently am transitioning from
mainframe storage administation to a storage engineering group. I
earned a Bachelors degree in computer science in college, where I
programmed in all the languages popular way back then. I worked as a
COBOL programmer for a few years right out of college. I am learning
Python3. I would like to contribute by applying my programming
skills.
The fedora infrastructure team develops applications for the community -
maybe you'd like to help out there?

The other python contribution would be package maintentance:

We are using Nexenta Store, which uses OpenSolaris/Illuminos, for
the
ZFS filesystem. Anything I could do with storage would be great,
too.
Let me know how I can help the project. I am flexable.
I don't know if infra uses this. You could always ask them:

We're always looking for folks to help out with the infra side of Ask
Fedora - that's python - hotfixes + bugfixes and the like. You could
even contribute upstream. We encourage it:

Anything here seem interesting? :)
