I think what Damon was saying is that the focus of this group isn't for hardware support. You will have much better luck asking the forum that deals with hardware side of things. If I knew I would tell you in a private message, but I know that the people that deal with hardware have a much more thorough and detailed answer, which has probably already been asked... and answered. The people in this forum are experts or interested in a specific topic. So they know all the ins and outs of that specific topic. Good luck :)
