Hey everyone, my name is Brad.
I'm a senior software engineer who has been highly focused on Windows and
.NET development for over a decade. I'm slowly but surely coming around to
the linux environment, and I'm looking to bolster my skills through
contribution.
A bit about me:
I'm in my late 30s, Canadian by birth and looking forward to moving back
after some time abroad in the EU. I'm an alright developer, and love good
specs, good tests, and singular responsibilities. Outside of that, I spend
a lot of time retro gaming and really enjoy the emulation scene. I'm super
happy to see how it's developed over time and how it's slowly escaping
niche hobby territory.
I found the Fedora project a very long time ago, and dipped my toes in
multiple times over the years. It's evolved so much over the last decade,
and I've been loving my recent experiences with it.
I'm looking to connect with other developers, or really anyone else and
contribute to a community of like minded individuals. This seems like a
good place to do it, and I'm looking forward to getting to know the
community a bit better over the next weeks.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out on Matrix :)
Kindest regards,
Brad.
