My current local time is UTC-6.
When I try to schedule a meeting for today at 10:00 local (a little over
an hour from now at this point - 16:00 UTC), fedocal errors out with the
error "The date you entered is in the past".
It is currently 08:51 local time (14:51 UTC). If I move the start time of
the meeting to 14:00, fedocal accepts it. If I move the meeting to
anything earlier (even 13:59), I get the same error about the date being
in the past.
