hm that is interesting, although, the time are stored in the db in UTC, if
you're not logged in, they are displayed in UTC (which does not change).
If you are logged in, the times are displayed in your local timezone,
which if you have it set to !Europe/Prague in FAS will already have the
time change. If you look one or two weeks back, do you see the time
change?
