We need an epel9-next branch to rebuild ImageMagick against the new
LibRaw-0.21.1 in CentOS Stream 9. The existing epel9 branch isn't enough
because it only builds against already released RHEL 9.x versions.
The branch needs to be requested by the ImageMagick package maintainer. I
can't create it:

I tried it this way:
# rpm --nodeps -Uvh
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/ImageMagick/6.9.12.93/2.el9....
# dnf update
I can confirm, everything is working well. Thank You.
