Name : tlssled

Release : 4.el7
URL : http://www.taddong.com/en/lab.html
Summary : An evaluation tool for SSL/TLS (HTTPS) web server implementations
Description :
TLSSLed is a Linux shell script whose purpose is to evaluate the security of
a target SSL/TLS (HTTPS) web server implementation. It is based on sslscan, a
thorough SSL/TLS scanner that is based on the openssl library, and on the
"openssl s_client" command line tool. The current tests include checking if
the target supports the SSLv2 protocol, the NULL cipher, weak ciphers based
on their key length (40 or 56 bits), the availability of strong ciphers
(like AES), if the digital certificate is MD5 signed, and the current SSL/TLS
renegotiation capabilities.

Name : tcping
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.3.5
Release : 13.el7
URL : http://www.linuxco.de/tcping/tcping.html
Summary : Check of TCP connection to a given IP/Port
Description :
tcping does a TCP connect to the given ip/port combination. The user can
specify a timeout in seconds. This is useful in shell scripts running in
firewalled environments. Often SYNs are just being dropped by firewalls,
thus connection establishment will be retried several times (for minutes)
until a TCP timeout is reached. With tcping it is possible to check first
if the desired port is reachable and then start connection establishment.
