Dealing with packages that are available in the optional repo for SOME arches only. Made all the more fun in this case by the fact it's a noarch package.

Speaking as someone with a foot tangentially in both places, I believe the simplest solution is for EPEL to rebuild the RHEL package on whatever arches it needs them (which may be all arches for build sanity.)
