Well, the packages are 'released'.

They just have the word 'beta' in the url and the release process is
more lax than in a 'stabe' epel release. You can use and test and
provide feedback.
It is easier to build dependency chains now as the build automatically go into
the build root. Don't need bodhi or build-root overrides.
