Yes, that was the only real 'break' and from what I understood that
was the issue which would cause breakage and making it a violation of
policy. But as it seems to be the case with later posts in the thread
that issue has been resolved as per a slight modification to the .spec
file for the EL branch and after that I do agree that it is an
acceptable upgrade.
