Yeah, see, xfce4-notes-plugin was never built for EL-7.

So, I am not where that even came from ... :(
But. you bring a valid point. The latest version of notes does not need
libxfcegui4 (we got rid of on Fedora already). I will build this after I
come back (I am heading out now) and edit the update.

Now that I think about it, I am not sure I want to edit that update. I
would rather add new packages to EPEL after this one goes through
succesfully.
Can you update without notes plugin?
