IIRC I have once used some old FCx binary RPMs on RHEL4 and
that seemed to work ok.
B.t.w. I'm still wondering why libxml++ isn't in RHEL. I would
think that many people are interested in using that.
I have no idea about the last part. I can see that 2.2.20 does build
for EL-4, but I do not know what uses it enough to see what it would
build or break in it.
