I'm also +1 on having a dedicated IRC channel. Once we start working on the tasks set out in the PRD, it will be useful to have a real-time channel for conversations.
For the name I might suggest #fedora-env or #fedora-stacks to keep it short.
I'm for the full version (#fedora-env-and-stacks), but if we decide to keep it short, I prefer #fedora-stacks.
ps It might be good to post topics/proposals like this for discussion to the mailing-list ahead of the meeting so they can be added to the agenda, though I guess it is also fine to bring them up at the end: using trac for tracking meeting topics/proposals might also be good, and could make it easier for non-members to make suggestions/proposals for discussion.
