* Makefile.am (ppc_SRCS, ppc64_SRCS): Add ppc_initreg.c.
* ppc64_init.c (ppc64_init): Initialize also frame_nregs,
core_pc_offset, set_initial_registers_tid and dwarf_to_regno.
* ppc_init.c (ppc64_init): Initialize also frame_nregs,
core_pc_offset, set_initial_registers_tid and dwarf_to_regno.
