Hi,
I've prepared another version of the computer icon set. This time I designed the keyboard completely from scratch :D The body is supposed to be metallic and to be wireless... The imaginary keys' lift (or stroke or whatever is the correct English word) is supposed to be short hence the keys aren't tall.
See the attached screen-shot for how it looks on desktop, the icon itself is here: http://mso.fedorapeople.org/echo-perspective/computer.png http://mso.fedorapeople.org/echo-perspective/computer.svg
Comments and "forks" welcome, Martin

The description is similar to Applple IMac but I have seen recent PC with metallic keyboard. Both tiny and small icons haven't clear keyboard buttons but I presume it is the limit of what can be done. Also the outline of the keyboard seems to be broad on both left and right. The support of the monitor should be sightly dark. However, icons are about clear symbol so that should acceptable.

Does not matter if the actual hardware exists -- it's more like a echo-yfied variant of my idea of ideal keyboard :-D

Yeah, I've tried really hard to make the keys clear at least on 48x48 and 32x32...

Hrm, optical illusion maybe? The outline is 1px wide everywhere...

The monitor is precisely the same as that in display icon...
I'm pushing this in [1]. If anyone wants to polish it a bit more, as mentioned in your comment, he is welcome to (the icons in git are not "set in stone" after all).

So, I've polished it a little bit more, specifically I brightened the keyboard. See the attachments. Comments welcome.

Hi,
Martin, I think it looks really good, maybe make the keys on the 256x256 look more 3D-like, they look rather flat now :)
