I have proposed a new Change for Fedora 33:

Apologies in advance for any confusion in the name: what .NET Core calls "arm64", Fedora calls "aarch64".

The work itself has all be completed (see my previous mail to this mailing list [1]), so this Change is mostly about making our work more visible.
