Hi everybody,
I made some changes to the "Graphical User Interfaces" section of the "Bugs and Feature Requests" page.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bugs_and_feature_requests#Graphical_User_Inte...
I changed the reference to istanbul with a reference to recordmydesktop
As English is not my mother language, it would be kind of you to verify that my proposal is clear enough and formulated in an acceptable English.
Regards
José

It looks fine to me, thanks. It may be better to refer to GNOME's built-in screen recorder, though, which can be activated with shift- ctrl-alt-R, with a note that it will only run for max of (I think) 30 seconds by default, which is usually long enough for a bug demo. You can lengthen this by changing the dconf key:
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys.max-screencast-length
which...I mean, of course that's where it is! *shakes head*

Hi everybody,
Why not to speak of both solutions ?

Hi everybody
Despite Sylvia's protest – I beg her pardon – which I have trouble attributing to my initial proposal or to Adam's remark above, I took Adam's remark I found relevant into account and changed the page accordingly.
Please see https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bugs_and_feature_requests#Graphical_User_Inte...
I stay attentive to your feedback.
With kind regards
José
