The QA folks have been continually updating it; it would be
worthwhile to ask on the QA list, but I've copied tflink as he's done
a lot of the recent updates in the past few days to see if this rings
a bell for him offhand. :)

There is currently a known issue with MM which is causing problems with
fedup and leaving the --instrepo arg out. I'm getting set up for some
more tests; when I can do an upgrade without --instrepo, I'll remove
the warnings from the wiki page.
