Can we have this clearly marked and make the link to the additional
documentation obvious?
The navigation area on the left gets little emphasis because of the
page design -- which is not necessarily bad. How about a differently
colored, brief box at the top of the page saying "Want to contribute
to documentation or translations?" and linking off to the
contribute.html page?
