There are several free XML editors that can be used to edit DocBook
documents.
Being a vi user that does not need/want to learn emacs, I prefer a good
Java based XML editor to do my XML editing.
I think that
http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/docs/ should be changed,
giving potential contributors some alternatives besides recommending
Emacs with PSGML mode.
