editors are assigned only after peer reviews are done
by volunteers in the discussion list.
yup actually before we actually submit a document on tldp (on
submit(a)en.tldp.org) any proposals are sent to discuss(a)en.tldp.org
mailing list so that everybody can give their opinion.
