I'm not sure it's worth fixing a bug in Fedora 13 docs since that went EOL over four years ago. In any case, it looks like Fedora 13 was the last time that guide was published. I've been away from the day-to-day docs activity for a while, so I don't know what exactly has changed, but I believe it still goes a little something like this:
