It's there:
6.1.1 New Programming Language
(although it should probably also be in 6.3 - good catch)
hint - if you are looking for something specific, try the index. Pretty
much every package mentioned should be in the index.

Rudi,
If we can find out who touched the existing style guide we can just
ask their permission to re-license CC-BY.
Thanks for spearheading this project! I'll take a look at your work
here shortly. Even if the larger project has stalled we can at least
make this available to the masses to help other projects. All we need
to do is let them know that it exists.

Procedure for working with guides not originally written in English
by Eric Christensen
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
This morning I worked with gomix and dbecker on IRC (#fedora-docs) with
a non-English guide that we want to make official. Because the base
language of all our guides has been English, and our translation tools
are based on English, this was a process that had been thought about but
not spelled out... until today.
The following process has been established and is open for suggestions:
Non-English source
|
Non-English source
in DocBook XML
|
Non-English POT
|
English PO
|
English POT
|
Translated POs
|
Publish English and translated
versions of the guide
The process needs to be fleshed out a bit and tools identified at
various points but this should be a good starting point.
As long as the source owner can find someone to translate the source
into English then our tool-chains should work.
Thoughts, comments, or questions?

accessibility documentation
by Jonathan Nadeau
Hello list,
This is frosstbite and I wanted to let you know that I won't be able to
make it to the meeting tomorrow night. So I want to let you know that I
have worked on the orca documentation and it is almost done. The only
thing is I don't know if you want it to be really detailed or just give
an overview of orca. Thanks
