full of holidays for a lot of people, I think we might need to re-evaluate

I would propose we use the first call to determine the format of the call
moving forward, what we would like to focus on, and bring everyone
who's interested back "in the loop" :) I would like to hear what other
people would like to see for the meeting content/structure as well.
