I feel that we are not able to discuss in depth certain tickets due to constrained meetings times and/or having a packed agenda.
Extending the 1 hr time slot doesn't seem like a feasible solution here due to the meeting time being office timings in timezones where most of our team is based. Instead, should we go back to weekly meetings and in each of our meetings focus on few specific pre-decided tickets (2 or 3 max)? This would leave us a lot of time to discuss specific topics and it wouldn't feel like discussions are being cut-off or hurried.

We can still have 1 video call meeting every month.

Best,
Bee

I like this outline too, and it also ensures that we are still
documenting important points via IRC too. So long as we actively
remember to add important notes into IRC, I see this as a good
compromise too, for people who may want to participate but are limited
by bandwidth for an audio/video call.

I suggest we make this change for the May 3rd meeting (and also adjust
our time back to 12:00 UTC, starting on April 19). I will adjust the
time in Fedocal for this now.
