Hello,

Today we had a short video call for the meeting. Me, Jona and Chhavi joined in. We mostly discussed about the team's next year's goals and objectives [1]. We also discussed about the need to have a team meeting(in-person) during/after devconf for half a day, as most of us will be at the same place and it will be easier.

We agreed that Jona will create a wiki page tomorrow and file a ticket for that, so everyone can have a look and give feedback. This ticket and wiki page will give insight about ->
1) Logistics (when, where, how) of team meeting
2) Plan for what we do and why it impacts Fedora (That will be mainly for Fedora Diversity's next year's goals).

We also discussed the possibility of joining CommOps FAD, as the agenda of the FAD have few things which are of diversity's interest as well, and were discussed during Diversity FAD too like Fedora Appreciation Week. We also discussed that it should be only for those diversity team members who will be already around and we don't have to invest a lot in the travel for many of us. Jona can be one exception, while her travel does not need too much budget.

That is a short summary of the discussion we had. Apart from that I spent sometime today morning in drafting our team's next year's goals[1]. It will nice to have everyone's inputs. Thanks to Chhavi and Jona for share their thoughts on that already.

Regards,
Amita

Every week, the [Diversity Team](https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Diversity) meets to discuss items on our [agenda](https://pagure.io/fedora-diversity/issues).

The goal of this diversity initiative is to help promote an inclusive community within Fedora. To do this, we assist the Diversity Advisor with the planning and implementation of diversity efforts such as the enforcement of the code of conduct, creating content highlighting the diverse community in Fedora, and offering workshops and fostering communication between Fedora sub-projects.
