We don't reject posts from non-subscribers, we just don't approve them
automatically. So people can ask. We just need to check if it's not a spam
and approve it manually.

Is it really necessary to require a list membership to post? Someone could
just have a question without the need to subscribe.
Manual approval seems also redundant to me(esp. when non-membership post
is allowed), as I consider information in this list public.
