Sure it is, at least in F-18+. It'll even work on EL6 because even
though its rpmbuild doesn't support it, its tar handles lzipped
tarballs transparently with just xf. But in any case you need
"BuildRequires: lzip".
That's odd -- I could have sworn that it didn't work when I tried it on
Fedora 19. Looks like a heisenbug, now I don't see a problem anymore...
